Las Venturas Playground 2.92

Because of the low player rates, the development of LVP 3.0 has been aborted and LVP 2.92 has been released. Las Venturas Playground 2.92 has many new features and also some improvements, for example we are using a high efficent object streamer, so the players aren't noticing that much lag as before.
